Falamak Building No. 28

Tehran

This project involved the transformation of an old residential building into a private modern villa, while preserving the original structural framework. The design approach focused on redefining the facade and interior with clean lines, refined materials, and a contemporary architectural language, all while honoring the existing structure.

Lighting Design:

The lighting design of the project follows a multilayered approach tailored to the needs of each space, ensuring not only proper illumination but also a modern, pleasant, and functional atmosphere throughout the residence.

  • In the living area, the combination of a “Multi Track” system for flexible lighting, “Trimo” lights with dark-light technology for uniform and glare-free general illumination, and “Slide” spotlights for accent lighting on artworks creates a warm and inviting ambiance.
  • In the dining area, pendant lights above the table—paired with “Slide” spotlights and “Trimo” for general lighting—define and complete the character of the space.
  • In the kitchen, the integration of the “Multi Track” system with “Trimo” downlights provides both task lighting and general illumination, balancing functionality and aesthetics. “Trimo” downlights are also used in the bathroom to ensure clean, even lighting.
