Farmanieh Building No. 220 is a mixed-use project combining residential and office spaces. Due to the diverse lighting requirements of such multifunctional environments, a highly flexible lighting design was essential. To meet this requirement, Multi Track magnetic system was used throughout the interior spaces of the project. The system offers easy installation, quick repositioning, and effortless replacement without the need for specialized tools—allowing the lighting to be adjusted according to users’ changing needs. Beyond functionality, this modern lighting solution also enhances the aesthetic quality of the interior architecture, bringing a contemporary and refined visual character to the space.
